A member of the X crypto community, known as Roxo, has put forward a theory on the identity of the “hacker” responsible for compromising the X accounts of celebrities Caitlyn Jenner, Soulja Boy, Rich The Kid, and adult-content models Kazumi and Ivana Knöll. Roxo, an 18-year-old based in Miami with 17,100 followers, shared his findings on a series of suspicious tweets that were posted over the weekend of May 25-26.
According to Roxo, Caitlyn Jenner was not actually hacked, but her team fell victim to social engineering by a person named Sahil. Roxo presented a Telegram post by Sahil Arora, along with pictures from his account, including one with Rich The Kid. Roxo also highlighted that the coins launched on pump.fun on behalf of Soulja Boy, Rich The Kid, Kazumi, and Knöll were all linked to Arora’s wallet address.
Roxo claimed that the JENNER coin launch was a legitimate event that confused Jenner’s team. They shared a tweet from Jenner’s X account asking followers to send memecoins to the address identified as Arora’s. However, the post has since been deleted.
Jenner has emphasized her support for JENNER coin, stating that the ad for a third-party token was removed and that her focus is solely on $Jenner. She addressed the situation on X, asserting that the only interest she has is in her token.
Arora responded to Roxo’s allegations by reposting messages, claiming that he was being threatened and ignored by Jenner. Jenner’s manager, Sophia Hutchins, confirmed that the JENNER coin was legitimate and that the account had not been hacked.
Roxo further accused Sahil of successfully running five influencer scams in one week. Rich The Kid also supported this claim in a video posted on his X account. There were reports of another potential scam involving crypto investor Gigantic-Cassocked-Rebirth (GCR), but the post has been deleted.
Arora conducted four Twitter Spaces sessions on May 27, most of which were short-lived. He invited participants to discuss scams and betrayal but did not address the memecoins. Shortly after Cointelegraph listened to the longest broadcast, his account (@sahilsaysol) was deleted.
In conclusion, Roxo’s findings shed light on the possible identity of the “hacker” behind the compromised X accounts. The situation has raised questions about the legitimacy of certain coins and the need for increased security measures in the crypto community.
