Bitcoin layer-2 developer, Alex Lab, has suggested that the $4 million exploit it experienced in May may be connected to the infamous North Korean hacking group, Lazarus Group. In a recent post, Lab highlighted three wallet addresses that the hackers used to drain funds from the Bitcoin-based decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol on May 16. Lab also revealed that they worked with blockchain investigator ZachXBT to gather evidence linking the exploit to Lazarus.
