Hamster Kombats Token Added to Bybit for PreMarket Trading

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange, is expanding its support for emerging projects on The Open Network (TON) by listing the token for the popular game Hamster Kombat on its pre-market trading platform. The official announcement was made on July 8, stating that the Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) token is now available for trading on Bybit’s over-the-counter (OTC) platform. The platform allows users to trade new tokens before they are officially listed, providing them with the opportunity to establish quotes and execute trades at predetermined prices. The trading for HMSTR began on July 8, 2024, at 10:00 am UTC, and the delivery schedule will be released soon, according to Bybit. The inclusion of HMSTR tokens on the pre-market platform is seen as a significant step forward, allowing users to acquire the tokens before they become available for spot trading. However, the official listing price for HMSTR may be influenced by other factors, despite the market expectations reflected in the pre-market trading. The pre-market price of HMSTR has been fluctuating between approximately $0.001 and $0.1, quoted in Tether (USDT), according to data from Bybit Pre-Market Trading. Hamster Kombat is a tap-to-earn game on Telegram where players assume the role of a CEO managing a virtual cryptocurrency exchange. Since its launch in March 2024, the game has gained immense popularity, reaching 150 million users and becoming the third-fastest app in history to achieve this milestone. Hamster Kombat is often referred to as the “next Notcoin,” following the success of another Telegram-based clicker game and its corresponding token, Notcoin (NOT). Notcoin had amassed 11.5 million holders by the time of its spot trading listing in mid-May 2024. Prior to the spot trading listing, Notcoin was also available for trading on Bybit’s pre-market platform. The last traded pre-market price of Notcoin was $0.0059. Since its trading debut at around $0.007 on May 16, Notcoin’s price surged to as high as $0.2 by June 1, according to data from CoinGecko. Currently, NOT is trading at $0.01691, showing a 16% decrease over the past 30 days, but a 25% increase over the past 14 days.
