Recently, the decentralized finance platform Delta Prime experienced a significant security breach, with hackers exploiting a private key to steal $6 million. In the aftermath of this incident, Meir Dolev, the chief technical officer of the cybersecurity firm Cyvers, informed Cointelegraph, “The hackers gained control of the wallet that serves as the administrator for Delta Prime’s proxy contracts.” Once the attackers accessed the wallets, they altered the contracts to siphon funds from Delta Prime’s liquidity pools on the Arbitrum network.
